Terms for Operators
Last updated 2026-10-20
These terms cover the Tripkee page for tour and experience operators, at https://supplier.tripkee.com, and the application you send through it to join Tripkeepers. By submitting an application you agree to them.
Who we are
Tripkee LLC, registered at 485 N. Washington Avenue, Titusville, FL 32796, the United States ("Tripkee", "we", "us"). You can reach us at join@tripkee.com.
What applying means
Applying is an expression of interest. It does not create a contract to list your experiences, and it does not commit you to anything. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion. We will tell you either way.
If we accept your application, listing on Tripkee is governed by a separate operator agreement that sets out commission, payments, cancellations and responsibilities in full. Nothing is listed and nothing is charged until you have signed it. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the operator agreement wins.
What it costs
Applying is free. There is no listing fee and no subscription. Tripkee earns a commission only on bookings made through the platform, at the rate set out in your operator agreement.
Not exclusive
Joining Tripkee does not stop you selling through your own website or any other platform.
What we ask of you
- The information in your application is accurate and you are authorised to apply on behalf of the business.
- Your business holds the licences, permits and insurance required to run the experiences you offer.
- Any photos, descriptions or other material you send us are yours to share, and you allow us to use them to assess your application and, if accepted, to prepare your listings with you.
The founding programme
Tripkeepers is a pre-launch programme. Details on this page, including dates, regions and any founding offer, describe our current plans and may change before launch. The terms that apply to you are the ones in your signed operator agreement.
No guarantees
We work to bring you bookings, but we cannot promise a particular number of bookings, level of visibility or launch date.
Your information
How we handle what you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
If these terms change we will update the date at the top. A change does not apply to an application already submitted unless we tell you first.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
