This policy covers the Tripkee page for tour and experience operators, at https://supplier.tripkee.com. It explains what that page collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who is responsible for your information
Tripkee LLC, registered at 485 N. Washington Avenue, Titusville, FL 32796, the United States, is responsible for the information described on this page and decides how it is used.

What we collect
Only what you type into the application form. There is no account and no payment. Reading the page does not create a record beyond the standard server logs described below.

Why we are allowed to hold it
You send this information so that we can consider your business for the Tripkee operator programme, and we use it for that purpose and no other. This is a business application, not a consumer account.
The updates checkbox is separate. That is a permission you give on its own, and you can take it back at any time. Withdrawing it stops the updates and does not affect your application in any way.
Marketing
The form has one optional checkbox: Send me operator updates from Tripkee. If you leave it unticked we will only contact you about the application itself. If you tick it and change your mind, reply to any message or write to join@tripkee.com and we will stop.
Who else sees it
Your application is stored by our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., in the United States, and is delivered to Tripkee's email inboxes, operated in the United States, where our team reads it. Nobody else receives it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other operators.
What the page records on its own
Like any website, the server that hosts this page records a short log of each request: the IP address it came from, the browser and device type, the page requested, and the time. These logs exist to keep the page online and secure. They are not linked to anything you type into the form, are not used to build a profile of you, and are not used for advertising.
The page carries no analytics, no advertising tags, no tracking pixels and no cookies. Nothing is written to your browser's storage. If that ever changes this policy has to change with it, before the change ships.

preview.tripkee.com. That preview is a work in progress. It does
not ask you for information and does not collect anything from you.
How long we keep it
If your application is accepted and you join Tripkee as an operator, we keep it for as long as you are listed with us, and for one year after you leave.
If your application is declined, or if it goes no further, we delete it twelve months after our last contact with you.
If you ticked the updates box, we keep a record of that permission for as long as it stands, and for two years after you withdraw it, so we can show that we stopped when you asked.
What you can ask for
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can withdraw consent for updates at any time. Write to join@tripkee.com and we will act on it.
Tripkee operates in Florida and this programme is open to businesses running experiences in Florida. If you are applying from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the same rights set out above: to see what we hold, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it. Write to join@tripkee.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle that, you can complain to the data protection authority in your own country.
Children
This page is for businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant — a new processor, a new purpose, tracking of any kind — we will say so rather than quietly amend it.
