Marketing for Florida tour operators

Get your tours found.
Fill every seat.

You run a great tour. Getting it in front of the right traveler is the hard part.

Travelers now ask an AI assistant what is fun to do today, and it answers with a short list of a few things worth doing.

Tripkee writes your listing so it is structured for that moment, then markets it to travelers who are already looking. It is new, and joining is easy.

Why Florida operators join Tripkee

The shortlist decides who gets booked.

Travelers tell us what kind of day they want, and we show them a short list that fits it.

Read the long version

Discovery works best when the traveler is understood before they are shown anything. Tripkee asks first, then shows a short list — so the enquiries that reach you come from people who already know what they want.

Every traveler answers questions before they see a single listing. Who are they traveling with? How much energy do they have that day? How do they feel about being on the water after dark? Does the day need to work around a four-year-old and a nap schedule?

Luna gathers that in plain conversation, the way a good concierge would. By the time your experience appears on screen, the traveler has told us what kind of day they are trying to have — and we have told them, in one line, why yours fits.

That changes what lands in your inbox: bookings that hold, prices that stand on their own, and reviews from people who were right for the tour in the first place.

Hey, I'm Sandra. I own BK Adventure here in Florida, and I've been running tour companies in the USA and around the world for years. So let me tell you what I know from doing this myself.

You're great at the experience. It's the marketing that's eating up your evenings. And the way people find things to do has completely changed.

People are asking AI where they can do something this weekend. And that's where the booking starts now. So I built Tripkee for that world. Our AI is called Luna.

We structure your listing so our AI understands what makes your tour special, and gets it right in front of the right traveler. I'm building this as an operator, which means I'm building it the way I'd want it built for me. Come in as a founding Tripkeeper.

It's easy. We build your listing for you. Then you approve it.

Then we do the marketing. If you've worked with me, you know I respect your time. And if this is the first time we're meeting, come see what we're building.

It's new, it's fun, and it's free to use. Check the link below.

The founding operator program

Tripkeepers

A standard you earn and keep.

  • Earned, then reviewed

You qualify on what travelers actually feel: accurate listings, quick replies, consistent delivery. We review status as you go, so it keeps reflecting how you are doing.

  • Co-marketing, named

Campaigns, regional guides and Luna's editorial picks, with your brand named and credited.

  • Early placement

Eligible for the shortlists Luna builds first.

  • A direct line

A named contact, input on the roadmap, and first access to new tooling before general release.

Tripkeepers is about standing and visibility: how prominently you appear, and how closely we work with you.

How operator onboarding works

From application to first booking

Applications take about five minutes, followed by a thirty-minute onboarding call. Tripkee writes the first version of each listing with the operator, who reviews and approves it before it goes live.

  1. Apply

Five minutes. You pay when a booking comes in.

  2. Onboarding call

Thirty minutes on your experiences, pricing, capacity — and the days you actually want filled.

  3. We build listings

We build your listing and its fit notes, structured so Luna can match it. You review and approve.

  4. Go live

Your listing goes live and bookings arrive with the traveler's context attached.

Commission, payouts and cancellations

The commercial detail

How do I get paid?
Tripkee collects the traveler's payment at the time of booking and transfers your share to you directly. We handle the payment processing end to end, and every transfer comes with an itemized statement.

Setting up payouts

  1. Apply. We review and get back to you.
  2. Once you're in, you'll add your bank details through a secure form. Takes about ten minutes. You'll need your business details and a bank account.
  3. Add your experiences — times, prices, capacity, and the cancellation policy you choose.
  4. You go live. Travelers can book you.

Getting paid

  • A traveler books and pays Tripkee at the time of booking.
  • You run the experience.
  • Tripkee transfers your share to the account you nominated, within five business days of the experience date.
  • You'll see a statement showing every booking, the traveler, the date, our commission, and what's yours.
  • Your first payout is held for fourteen days while the account is verified. Every payout after that follows the standard schedule.
  • If a traveler disputes a charge with their bank, Tripkee handles it end to end.
What does it cost to join?
Tripkee earns a commission only when a booking comes through. There is no listing fee and no subscription — that is the entire cost of being on Tripkee: a commission when you are booked.
Who handles refunds and cancellations?
You choose one of four cancellation policies when you list: Flexible (full refund up to 24 hours before the experience), Standard (48 hours), Strict (7 days) or Non-refundable. Pick the one that fits how you run your tours — that is the policy we show travelers on your listing and apply at booking.
Is this exclusive? Can I stay on other platforms?
Keep your listings on every other platform you are already on. Tripkee works alongside them.
Do I need to manage a separate calendar?
Tripkee builds and manages the listing for founding operators. Before a booking is finalized we confirm availability with you directly, so the only calendar you keep is the one you already use.
How is this different from Viator or TripAdvisor?
Tripkee is built for AI discovery. Listings are structured so an assistant can read what an experience is, who it suits and when it runs, then match it to a traveler who asked for exactly that. It is Florida-focused and operator-first: we write your listing with you and market it on your behalf.
Who can join?
Any Florida tour or experience operator, anywhere in the state. Airboats in the Everglades, ghost tours in St. Augustine, night paddles on the Space Coast — wherever you run it, you are eligible.
When does this launch?
The founding group is forming now, and that is the part you can join today. We build your listing, you review and approve it, and it goes live with the marketplace.
How much control do I have over my listing?
Full control of pricing, availability, capacity, cut-off times and content. We build the first version so the fit notes are right, and everything stays editable: change, pause or pull any experience yourself, at any time.
